We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

Stay with us and explore the stunning South Coast from this private oasis. We accommodate up to 4 adult guests - 1 x queen bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed in the living area. The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.

The Sands is a cosy, light filled private space to relax and revive. Walk 150mtrs and have your feet on the sand of Little Lake, then follow it around to pristine Warilla beach. The perfect couples retreat, we are close to shops, restaurants, cafes and some of the most beautiful and romantic places on the south coast. Fishing, surfing, diving, bike riding or just exploring our parks, Lake, and heritage areas. There is something for everyone. We are dog friendly at owners discretion.

In our view we are in a fantastic location just a 5 minute drive to Shellharbour Harbour, Shell Cove, Stockland Shellharbour shopping, short drive Wollongong, Kiama, local wineries, Illawarra fly on the Southern Highlands. (Could have 1 child under 2 in a travel cot, high chair can be provided upon request).
