- Spacious house in reasonably quiet area with great attractions nearby including Jamberoo Action Park & Shellharbour Marina (more in listed guidebook) - 5 min drive to beach. - Bus & train station very short walking distance. - Many shops in walking distance. - Light breakfast & snacks (cereal/toast/spreads/tea/coffee pods/milk/biscuits). Book 1st room for a couple (complete private house) & $25 every guest after (eg. 5 additional guest max) 7th guest has access to fold up bed & linen.

Self-contained, open-plan, well appointed, modern BnB. Very comfortable and cosy space for one or two guests. Completely private and the guest space is separate from the main house, with keyless entry. Situated close to restaurants, beach, shopping centres and beautiful Shellharbour village. Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.
