Modern air-conditioned apartment in a new residence with two large beds (160 x 200) with a very large south-facing terrace, located at the foot of the mountains, less than an hour from Annecy and close to the train station, shops and bus stops in the city. Towels and sheets are provided, as well as mattress protection. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, a Tassimo coffee maker is at your disposal. Kick back and relax in this calm, cozy space!

Small independent quiet studio on the garden level (near Albertville). Folding bed +sofa. Attention, the sofa is integrated into the folding bed, so it is not a second bed!!! Parking, bike and ski room . Possibility of loan of sheets/towels for €10/rental. Housekeeping of your choice: you do it (products, equipment available) or €10 if done by the host. Enclosed land, garden access, garden furniture. No pets allowed. Shops and various activities nearby.

A stone's throw from the city centre🏘️, close to the lakes and at the foot of the mountains🏔️, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the region, summer and winter: skiing🎿, hiking🥾, cycling🚲, swimming or simple walks.

The Red House, the Apartment

Enjoy a comfortable stay, 200 m from Albertville train station and close to the city center. Fully equipped, freshly renovated, 60 m2. A bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room/kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, and has a fully independent entrance. We are available if needed, but if not, you will have total privacy and tranquility.

Pleasant 24 m2 studio with mountain views, renovated and well-equipped, comfortable and functional. You will sleep in 1 sofa bed, open and closed in seconds with a real mattress 21 cm thick guaranteeing you a good sleep. The studio is located on the ground floor in a very quiet residence and you will benefit from easy parking at the foot of the building (parking spaces always available).
