Large living spaces, 5 bedrooms and two new bathrooms and tasteful kitchen with wood stove. Large terraces with sun from morning to the evening and lake view. Sunny, quiet location with proximity to bus going to Stockholm in 40 min. Here you live with a fantastic location in popular Resarö. The island is one of the largest islands, located in the northern part of Vaxholm Municipality by car road all the way to the house.

Enjoy the Swedish summer in this nice Attefallhus. The house is located in a safe and peaceful area, just 350 meters from jetties and 1 km from sea bathing. The nearest train station, which takes you all the way to Stockholms Östra, is 750 meters away. The house consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom with shower, a sauna and a loft with two 90 cm mattresses. Outside the house there is a patio table with four chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Parking space is available

Beautiful little cottage near the sea, 300 m to train.

Relax in this cozy little cottage (15 sqm) 200 meters to bathing area with both rocks and small sandy beach. 300 meters to train. Sofa bed for 2 people, incineration toilet and private patio with possibility to barbeque. Fully equipped kitchenette is available, 15 L water heater in the kitchen. The outdoor shower ( solar powered) is beautifully placed under a pear tree. Parking is included ,possibility to borrow bicycles. The cottage is detached but part of the terrace once next to the residential house which is next to.

Peaceful, newly built house of 240 sqm with great views of the sea as well as decorated to really cozy up and hang out in. Large living room, kitchen and dining room in one (about 90 sqm), two more living rooms (one with TV, a craft room). Four bedrooms, one of which is also office. Three bathrooms. Large terrace with many seating areas and hot tub. Blueberry rice and forest in the back and lovely sea views from the front. 150m to swimming, 500m to play/swimming area, 15 km to Vaxholm, 30 km to central Stockholm.

Strawberry, Avicii, Globen and 3 arena etc. The opportunity to get the big city pulse and in the afternoon enjoy the calm and beautiful location. Fish, grill, swim take a bike ride or enjoy on the porch in the hot tub A lakeside home with magical views of Prästfjärden. Here you live literally on the shoreline, in a fully renovated villa dating from 1850. With all imaginable modern convenience and charm.

Sit back and relax in this newly built (2023) home of approx. 30 sqm with a generous single deck. Here you live close to nature with proximity to both forest and sea and it is only 250 meters to the swimming area. Shop is 10 minutes away by car. The house has all the amenities and has a tasteful decor. The sleeping loft has a nice spring mattress, 160 cm wide. Dining area for 4 persons and a high quality sofa bed which with a simple grip turns into a comfortable bed 160 cm wide.
