Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
