Cozy apartment in a vacation paradise, Kandertal

The old Frutigland Chalet was completely renovated in 2005. The landlords live on the upper floor of the house. We speak German, French, English and Italian. We guarantee the tenants an unforgettable vacation with valuable tips for excursions and hikes. Ideal for 2 people, possibly with toddler. The cozily furnished 2-room apartment is on the first floor with direct access to the private garden seating with a grill. Here you have a magnificent view of the mountains. Free covered carport.

Das Studio (ca. 30m2, ein grosser Raum) mit grosser Terasse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Berge, liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses. Es ist durch einen eigenen Zugang erreichbar. Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

The 2-room apartment is, however, somewhat elevated centrally in Reichnbach in the Kandertal. The ski resorts in the Oberland are within easy reach. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will also meet higher standards. (induction stove, combi-steam oven, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils, etc.)

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Thun (3-minute walk) and the Niesen mountain range. The studio is located on the south and thus sunny side of Lake Thun. The garden and grill can also be used. Private parking is also available. The apartment is 10 walking minutes from the train station in Lauterbrunnen and has a great view to the mountains and the Staubbach Falls. Downfloor 1 bedroom apartment ( 40 m2): living room with sofabed, kitchen, very small and old bathroom, terasse with view to the falls, all for private use! Notice that the apartment is opposite the lively Hornerpub, the only and best bar in the valley and loud church bells at the other side.

Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is accessible by a staircase. "Studio Lerche" The studio is about 45 m² and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! A private, free parking space is available for our guests, about 150 meters from the stairs.
