The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

The property contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

Both the archipelago trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

The Little Yellow House is centrally located in the fairy town Ærøskøbing, with a 3-minute walk to the ferry and its own outdoor terrace. There is a large room with bathroom and small kitchen. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. If you are getting married, it is a 5 minute walk to the town hall, there is a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works fine for a family with two kids and a dog!
