The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. A spacious apartment with probably the best view of Passau Cathedral awaits you. Modern meets old building, at the foot of the Inn. Enough space for friends, family and our 4-legged friends. A large kitchen also invites you to cook for yourself in the evening. Alternatively, the way to the city center is just as short as to the picturesque old town. A freshly equipped and modern apartment awaits you. Optionally also for 5 people.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Coffee machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. We look forward to seeing you :)

Gemütliche 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit riesiger Dachterrasse und Donaublick! Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern und einer Wohnküche. Das Badezimmer beinhaltet eine Badewanne und eine zusätzliche separate Dusche. Frische Handtücher, Seife, Lotion und Hygieneartikel sind hier selbstverständlich vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit einem 1,80 Meter Bett und frischer Baumwollbettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Küche beinhaltet alles Notwendige zum Kochen und für Tee und Kaffee ist auch gesorgt.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The spacious and lovingly furnished apartment is only 20 minutes from the highway connection and offers the perfect opportunity to relax, rest or explore Passau, the Bavarian Forest, Alps, Linz, Vienna, Salzburg, Prague to explore. Culture, shopping, pharmacy, nature, reservoir, outdoor pool - everything is in the surrounding area. Bus connections to Passau are very good during the week. At weekends, fewer buses are on the road, but the city bus runs from Kastenreuth every 20 minutes.

Welcome to Ilzstadt. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. Passau's old town and various restaurants are within walking distance. The Danube cycle path passes directly next to our accommodation. We also have a safe place for bicycles. The apartment is located exactly in the middle of the two docks of Passau for ship passengers. Parking is about 400 meters from us, in the nearby parking garage. Daily price €5.

The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the fourth floor of the house and impresses with a comfortable king-size bed (180 cm), a couch, a smart TV for unlimited streaming of favorite series and movies, a dining area for four people, fast Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom shines with a spacious shower. For additional guests, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. The apartment can be reached via the staircase.
