Attic studio with a view of the stars

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Since we also live in an apartment in the house, we are happy to give tips on activities and sights in Bremen at any time.

From this centrally located place you are in a few steps in the lively city life and yet live in a quiet side street. The apartment is located in the middle of the trendy district, the "Viertel." Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Nice apartment with kitchenette, microwave, coffee machine (pads). Double bed with separate 1m x 2m mattresses. Desk and TV. separate bathroom with shower. No pets, non-smoking apartment. Conveniently located in 5 minutes walk to the Achimer train station, from there in 12 minutes to the Bremen main train station. In addition, in a 1 minute walk in the Achimer city center (baker 200 m) or in a few minutes by car on the Weser.
