Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, gasolgrill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Ett boende nära hav, havfiske ( havsfiske 1:e mars - 30 sept) och en helt underbar havsutsikt från terassen. Cykel- och gångbana längs kustvägen tar dig till badstränder både öster och väster ut. Huset är vårt gästhus som har en egen terass med grill, utemöbler och solstolar Ni delar vår trädgård och utomhus parkering på tomten med stora huset (SeaBreeze House). Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Walk, cook or invite your sweetheart to a champagne breakfast by the waterfront… The big city of Copenhagen is only a little over an hour's train ride away!

Veberöd is located in the middle of southern Skåne, so it's close to Österlen, Ystad, Copenhagen, Malmö and most of it!

An Electric car charger are available at the parking lot for a fee. a camera is facing the driveway, not indoors.
