Enjoy the panoramic views over the bulb fields, take a walk on the beach (8 km away) or discover the tranquility of the countryside. Studio34 biedt rust, ruimte en een vrij uitzicht over de landerijen. In 2025 volledig gerenoveerd met oog voor luxe en comfort. Geniet van hazen die door het veld rennen en roofvogels die hoog boven je cirkelen. 5 minuten fietsen van het prachtig natuurgebied Egboetswater – dé plek voor wie houdt van natuur, stilte en vrijheid. Maar wie de reuring op wil zoeken zit met 15 min. in centrum Hoorn en met 40 min. in Amsterdam. Kortom een fijne plek, met privé tuin en diverse andere mogelijkheden.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

The B&B is located in Blokker: a small village in the province of Noord-Holland, located near the historic port cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.
