Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Come enjoy your stay at our beautiful, luxury furnished house with free view over the fields. Relax in the sunny garden or make use of our sauna (supplementary fee) and enjoy the rain and massage shower in the recently renovated bathroom. Cuddle up on the comfortable couch watching a movie (Netflix and Amazon Prime), or have a romantic moment in front of the electrical fire place . We offer you 2 free bikes.

The B&B is located in Blokker: a small village in the province of Noord-Holland, located near the historic port cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Behind our house (former farmhouse from 1834) is the B&B: a detached chalet (a high light space) located on the edge of the spacious garden. You can sleep on two lofts. On the first loft is a box spring. On the other, a sofa bed of good quality. Large kitchen with all the comforts. Bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Amersfoort is a tourist attraction with canals, wall houses, museums and a varied range of shops.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.
