A beautiful view of Cologne from the 27th floor

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Enjoy your stay in our modern furnished apartment on the edge of the Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. The quiet location directly by the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee, invites you to numerous hiking tours, cycling tours and activities in the region. The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.
