The region of Mittlerschwanden has been officially declared a quiet zone of Vitznau and is therefore a paradise for those seeking peace and relaxation and nature. Our vacation home has a breathtaking view on the lake of lucerne. This uniqueness in a quite zone is highly appreciated by guests and residents, which is why any disturbance of the peace in the surrounding area will not be tolerated. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.
