Quiet apartment, parking, double beds - separately

The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the bedroom. There is reliable wifi, air conditioning and an equipped kitchen, coffee and tea. We only have a high chair for children. Comfortable 2.20 m beds are together or separately, as desired by guests. We do not have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. It is completely unsuitable for parties, nightlife, etc. noisy activities. Do not disturb the neighbours in the evening, they have small children and they get up in the morning to go to work.

The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and Romanesque church between the Wald- and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain can be divided. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal.
