Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Grill, covered table, swing, hammock, carport. Forests, fields, peace and quiet. Perfect for walking, running, and cycling. 20 minutes by car to the Liwiec reservoir with a small beach, Liw Castle, and Węgrów with the Twardowski Mirror and hiking trails. Guests are always my guests - coffee, tea, oil, salt, spices, etc. are waiting.

It is an old house "with a soul", full of furniture and utility items from several decades ago, which lovers of modern, super-comfortable interiors will probably not like. On the other hand, those who don't mind the creaking of the doors of a hundred-year-old wardrobe will certainly feel at home in it - just like the potted plant enthusiasts, of whom I have a lot here:)
