Our lovingly run guest house is idyllically located in the Zellertal, in the middle of the traditional wine-growing region of the Palatinate. Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and picturesque wine villages, it offers the perfect place for those seeking relaxation, gourmets and nature lovers. Hiking and cycling trails through the vines start right outside the front door. Numerous wineries invite you to wine tastings, while Bad Dürkheim with its saltworks, city center, restaurants, cafés and wine festivals is within easy reach.

The Freisberg

The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

Close to the areas of Mannheim, Speyer, Kaiserslautern, Ramstein and Frankfurt. Charge your EV conveniently overnight (22kW).

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a holiday in the luxurious surroundings of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. The 4-hectare farmstead is idyllically situated in the middle of the vineyards and can be accessed at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine fridge. Beer pong party people, please don't book!

Exclusive living in the historic tower

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m2) that surprises with original round arches and plenty of light - 6 large windows. Couples will feel at home here. You can enjoy a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But business travellers will also find the opportunity here to work online in peace and to relax in the evening in a spacious setting.

Our house is located at a hill in a real quiet residential neighbourhood. The modernized non-smoking apartment has got two bedrooms with king-size beds, a living room with a daybed, a completely redecorated bathroom and a new kitchen-cum-living room. Our guests are invited to use the big garden - garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber-Grill is available. We reserved a parking slot directly in front of our house especially for our guests.

Enjoy the tranquility of the place, which invites you to hike or linger in nature, or relax on a city trip to learn more about the history of the North Palatinate.

Within walking distance you can reach the Palatinate Forest, an outdoor swimming pool, as well as various shopping opportunities. The apartment is barrier-free accessible. Organic vegetarian meals are available on request and by prior arrangement.
