Enjoy the simplicity of this SMALL, quiet and central accommodation, 5 minutes from downtown Tlaquepaque, 20 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from the new bus station. It is brand new and fully equipped with the essentials. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed. Plus a sofa bed in the living room. You’ll have use of our palapa and heated pool, and we have great restaurants nearby. Villa Nova is a lovely neighborhood west of the village. Our friendly dogs, Chaquita and Rosie, will want a hello, but you can close the gated garden area for privacy. You will have a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, and grill. No children under 12, please, because of the pool. The suite is perfect for 1 to 4 people, not any more than 4.

We have excellent location! only 8 minutes from the Altaria Mall, and 15 minutes from the National Fair of San Marcos. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 5 beds and 2 sofas. Smart TV & Wifi, closets and hangers available. A perfect place to relax and have an excellent stay in the city of Aguascalientes.
