Author's duplex cottage with its own vat and pool. The house sleeps 5, and is built exclusively with environmentally friendly materials, namely clay and straw. There is a terrace near the cottage, in the yard there is a grill, a swing, a hammock, a children's playground. Located in the village of Solochyn, 7.5 km from the center and the railway station in the town of Svalyava, 1.8 km from the sanatorium "Flower Polonyny", 600 m from the Svalyava — Perechyn road. Convenient driveway is a paved road.
