We, a small family, restored it, making it even more cozy and comfortable, so that everyone can enjoy the mountains while staying in picturesque Krasnyk. Anna Cottage

A wooden three-storey cottage with a fireplace. On the ground floor: a large living room with a sofa, TV, fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen with a large oval table; a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms: large beds with orthopedic mattresses, TVs, mirrors, bedside tables. On the third floor, there is a bedroom with separate single beds, a TV, bedside tables, and a bathroom. There are two parking spaces on the property.

The sea is 2 km away with well-maintained beaches, restaurants, swimming pools and playgrounds. There are two houses on the property: the main one and the guest house. There is an apartment in a guest house on the 2nd floor.

Хатинка знаходиться на вершині гори висотою 850 метрів, поруч із селом Мариничі. Шлях на гору складає близько трьох кілометрів, через ліс та полонину. Можливість піднятися на гору лишень пішки, продукти та інші речі до хатинки вивозить кінь, в супроводі з гідом. За потреби можливо залишити авто на стоянці під горою. Для опалення і приготування їжі використовується піч на дровах. Всі перелічені послуги входять у вартість проживання.

Є весь необхідний посуд, плита, духова шафа, посудомийна машина, холодильник, кавомашина та кондиціонер. У вітальні — диван, який перетворюється на ще одне двоспальне ліжко. У ванній кімнаті — душ, фен, комплект м’яких рушників На терасі облаштована затишна обідня зона з пуфами. Басейн із лежаками для сонячних днів.

A house in a quiet village of Fortunativka, Zhytomyr region. The village population is only 10 people, so this is the best place for privacy and a place to relax. Only untouched nature is nearby. The house doesn't have kitchen, but there is kitchen on our territory, where you can order food for a fee. There is access to the barbecue, street dining gazebo. There are still 3 houses on the property. Pets OK.
