A few minutes by car from Puerto Banús, Marbella, Benahavís and its fabulous beaches, surrounded by the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol (Flamingos Golf Club, El Paraíso Golf, El Higueral Golf Club, Marbella Club Golf...) you can enjoy days of rest and relaxation in our apartment, located in the luxurious Los Palacetes development, in El Paraíso Alto, featuring two fabulous swimming pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi, garden areas, solarium, terraces, free Wi-Fi, private parking (at no additional cost) and 24-hour security service. A one-minute drive to supermarkets and services (Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 150cm bed (memory foam mattress), fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (135cm memory foam mattress), private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and private terrace. You have everything near the apartment, supermarkets 1 minute drive, restaurants 5 minute drive, Puerto Banús 10 minute drive... Location unbeatable, 150 meters distance from the famous bridge (Puente Nuevo). Just in the lovely old town & 5 minutes walking from city center & all services. Terrace with gorgeous views to the canyon to enjoy & relax drinking a cup of wine or reading a book after a day discovering the beautiful Ronda. Easy driving (not narrows streets) & close to a square with space to stop your car to leave the luggage before parking. Very confortable double bed and sofa bed. Looking forward to meet you!!...

Great little house!

This house is located in the village of Grazalema, it has two bedrooms. One room has a double bed of 1.50 and the other has a double bed of 1.36. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, 1.40 (it can only be used if there are more than three people, or by prior arrangement with the host). It also has a washer and dryer, air conditioning, patio (Excellent area when the weather is good), and fireplace. Free parking is available 50 meters away. "Las Colmenillas" is currently under construction.
