An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

The spacious deck has a Weber BBQ, outdoor seating, and a woodfired hot tub.
