Welcome! This home includes a large fenced in backyard sitting in a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood. Located 10 minutes away from Ann Arbor downtown as well as Ypsilanti downtown. Local grocers include Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Kroger’s all 5 minutes away. Décor is modern and bright with plenty of sunlight and amenities. Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet make’s. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

This is a 50's style sunny duplex, 1.3 mile to the Big House . A full kitchen for those who love to cook. The large private deck with a patio table is perfect for relaxing. Within a 10 minute walk there are a variety of restaurants. There are two desks- one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the living room, pulls out to give you a lot of space.
