1980's 1 Bed Caravan set in Small Wooded Area.

Set in a small wooded area, on a very quiet campsite (2 pitches only). It has a gas hob and grill, cold water and battery operated lights. Twenty yards away is a composting toilet and hot shower with a hot tap outside. The caravan is basic but very cosy, bedding and towels are provided, with extra bedding for cold nights, there is also tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Our beautiful shepherd's hut sits in four acres of secluded woodland in rural Hexhamshire. Enjoy the peaceful solitude, with glimpsed views through the mature oaks onto the North Pennines. Surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridleways and moorland, there are walking, cycling and riding options in every direction. Nearby rural pubs offer delicious local ales and fantastic food; or try some home raised, rare breed pork over the firepit grill, then a drink on the raised deck in the evening sun.

This is a beautiful part of the countryside with lots of local attractions such as the Chatsworth estate, the market town of Bakewell, and the spar town of Buxton. More areas of historical interest include Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and Eyam. A lovely place to visit, relax, and take in the view of Curbar edge. Completely self-catering.

Pigs n Blankets is an old 4 berth caravan situated in a corner of our yard. Fixed double bed and 2 small sofas (suitable for kids only) Fridge, Kettle, Toaster & Microwave. Toilet and Sink and 24hr use of a guest shower room. Please bring your own sleeping bags, towels and torch. We do provide pillows and blankets. We are a 4 minute drive to Alton Towers and close to The Peak District. We have lots of outdoor seating areas, feel free to enjoy. We are semi rural so transport is a must.

We live in a beautiful, unspoillt part of the Eden Valley close to lakes and fells. We are a working farm and the airbnb space is a static caravan looking out onto fields, woodland and a river front. It is a simple caravan with all that you need for a stay in the Lakes. It's a great place from which to explore the Lakes - Haweswater is withing easy cycling distance and there are plenty of amazing walks on the doorstep with Shap Abbey just a couple of fields away.

Airstream Caravan By the river

You will be staying in our 1960s Airstream caravan. It is on the edge of a wooded area next to the River Laver, where you will have your own ‘beach’ to enjoy. The Secret Garden is a flower farm and a rural location but it is just a twenty minute walk into Ripon centre. We are also within walking distance of the world heritage site of Fountains Abbey.
