Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view! The Hut at Lower Birch Farmhouse

The Hut at Lower Birch Farmhouse is situated on 10 acres of pasture land in a tranquil valley in North Devon, nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde. The Hut sits in a 3 acre field that it shares with a bell tent, June-Aug (location of bell tent can be seen in the photo of the bath).
