The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

Easy walk to shops and restaurants our home is sparkling clean and beautifully landscaped with a private fenced yard in a quiet & friendly neighborhood. NOTE: If you travel with a registered service animal the cleaning fee will be increased to $300 for extra time to sanitize/clean for the next guest who may be allergic to animals.

With a peak of the ocean from the yard, don’t be surprised if you see deer meandering by. Relax and restore in our 2 person hot tub located in the backyard. It’s an easy ¼ mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove ( first bundle of wood is provided) with a warm beverage.

Sea Otter (fka Sandbug) - Tiny Tranquility

Superb craftsmanship abounds in this bright and cozy tiny home in Tiny Tranquility park looking out onto a stunning Evergreen perimeter.  Relax after a day at the beach on some cozy chairs and a sitting area that doubles as a full bed.  Enjoy the wood burning stove inside or watch the stars at night from the deck.  Cooking galore in a full kitchen, with four burner gas stove, fridge and plenty of countertop. Sleeping includes a queen in a large loft and a full bed on the main level.

Modest but charming home located on the Oregon coast in the quaint village of Yachats, a 10 minute walk to the ocean. Near fishing, clamming, tide pools. Marvelous views. Recently updated the guest bedroom to replace the old trundle beds with brand new queen bed and flatscreen TV. Our little slice of heaven located 2 blocks from one of the nicest beaches in Oregon. Summer visits include optional access to Bayshore Clubhouse (guest fee additional) with heated pool, rec room and more. 1 King, 1 Queen, small double futon, 2 bathrooms, large bathtub with view of ocean, Satellite, WiFi, Blu-ray player. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ and wood stove.

We warmly invite you to stay at our cozy seaside cottage in one of the most ideal locations along the Yachats oceanfront – just steps away from the northern end of the spectacular 804 Trail where it meets a seven mile stretch of sandy beach. Enjoy the tranquil view of the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of the living room or while relaxing on the oceanside deck, with prevailing ocean winds mitigated by a sheltering grove of spruce trees.

We love our home and know you will as well. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. We have a Great Dane and know very well that you can't leave a family member at home. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
