Secluded studio style cabin is warm and cozy with ample room to relax and enjoy after exploring the rugged coast and Siuslaw forest. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.

Welcome to our oceanfront home, just outside Yachats on Hwy 101, accommodating up to 6 people. The house is recently renovated, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and 2 of the bedrooms. The expansive backyard, surrounded by trees, has dual paths to the beach. There is a covered deck with dining and seating arrangements. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

We warmly invite you to stay at our cozy seaside cottage in one of the most ideal locations along the Yachats oceanfront – just steps away from the northern end of the spectacular 804 Trail where it meets a seven mile stretch of sandy beach. Enjoy the tranquil view of the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of the living room or while relaxing on the oceanside deck, with prevailing ocean winds mitigated by a sheltering grove of spruce trees.

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
