NO ES HOTEL, Super che, bancos, zona UV, av Ruiz cortines, gimnasio, los tecajetes, cerca centro histórico, los lagos, parque Juárez a 15 min a pie. Los sauces, transporte para Coatepec, Xico, a sólo 2 min. caminando. Por la zona hay ruido, comercios y de tránsito, no está en nuestras manos.

Be welcome to our home, you will enjoy a private relaxing room. Our lovely home is comfortably placed 5 minutes from Downtown Coatepec. One of the most beautiful historic places in Veracruz. This 400 year old town has the most delicious gourmet coffee you have ever tasted, the weather is also great, around 25C. We live 10 minutes from Xalapa, 20 minutes from Xico and 30 minutes from Jalcomulco. So you can visit amazing waterfalls, see beautiful orchids, go rafting and shopping in the same day.

Vintage house on the upper floor has a bedroom, a bathroom exclusively for you, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen with a shared refrigerator and stove. Basic breakfast is included. Very close to the house you will find a mini supermarket, bakery, laundry, cheap kitchen, greengrocer and more. In addition, you will be a 5-minute drive from the Church and Mercado San José and the Jesús te ampare Alley and 10 minutes from the historic center. We do not have an elevator on this property.

Incluyo toallas para que no carguen extra en su maleta y está disponible la lavadora y secadora para que aseen su ropa de viaje. Pueden cocinar, solo pido que dejen las instalaciones limpias.

Optional Meals provided for extra $60 pesos per person, they can be premade or cooked once a day, minimum 4 person meals. Typical, Rice, Beans, Tortillas and Daily Special - Requests can be made with adjustment to price of cost of food.
