Front beach apartment with sea view

Cozy newly renovated apartment with views of the bay of Jávea and the Montgo. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator and parking, it is at just few meters from the sea, that you can hear the sweet crashing of the waves on the beach. Perfect for lovers of the sea and good food. Also perfect for babies and children as it has been equipped with bath, cot, high chair and minipimer. It is close to all services, restaurants and beach bars, and a pleasant walk to both the Arenal beach and the port.

Excelent apartament, air-conditioned throughout.

You’ll love my place because it is a delightful apartment only three minutes walk to the sea, surrouded by good restaurants, cafes and lovely boutiques. With air conditioning and heating throughout, the apartment is also furnished with all necessary electrical appliances, WIFI (600 MB), Smart TV, books and toys. 4 bedrooms sleeps 7, 2 bathrooms, lounge, and 2 small terraces on which to enjoy a drink . There is also en enclosed garden and car park. A place where we want you to feel happy.

Very bright, newly renovated and charming apartment in the Old Town of Javea, with a capacity for four people and on a very quiet street. The urban center is a perfect base for exploring the city. Museums, exhibition halls, cafes, restaurants and shopping promenade are just a few meters away and if you like to walk, the picturesque port of Javea is 1,500 meters away.
