The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Village house in Casco Storico Javea (Alicante)

Typical village house in Javea. Completely rehabilitated. On the ground floor there is a dining room and an equipped kitchen. First floor with a full bathroom and a double bedroom. On the top floor we find an open "room" with very high ceilings and exposed beams. A small patio where you can have breakfast, sunbathe or gather in the fresh air at night. The house is located on a very quiet street in the historic center surrounded by all kinds of amenities. The nearest beach is just 2Km away.

The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. This unique character is appreciated in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
