The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and has all the amenities required for a AirBnB Plus home. The house has a king bed in the master bedroom, with a queen bed and full size in the other two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a bath/shower combination. There is also a large closet in the master bath, gas fireplace in the living room and a covered patio in the back yard. The kitchen has an electric range and oven, microwave and coffee maker. The house has a 2 car garage but it is not accessible. There is plenty of room to park in the driveway or in front of the house. We live 2 miles from the property, so we can be available to assist you or answer any questions that you might have about the property or the Rockwall/Dallas area. The property is located in quiet neighborhood with easy access to fabulous restaurants and boutique shopping in downtown Rockwall. The house is less than a mile from downtown Rockwall, so you can walk to the local tea room, coffee shop, boutique stores and restaurants.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.
