Our lovely self contained first floor flat is yours to enjoy in its entirety. Situated in the heart of Worthing with a wonderful choice of independent cafés, restaurants, bars and shops on your door step. 5 minutes from the beach, art deco pier and theatres. Newly refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, bathroom and new carpets throughout. Large south facing lounge with feature bay window has a super comfy sofa bed that opens up to a small double. Bright bedroom with double bed.

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest.
