Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

In our Klosterblick apartment, you not only have a unique view of the former Benedictine abbey, the monastery garden and our beautiful Einhardbasilika, you are also only a three-minute walk from our market square and Freihofplatz. There you will find bakers, butchers, boutiques and the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the city. Here you can admire our beautiful old town with its traditional half-timbered houses.

Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.
