Enjoy a morning coffee watching the woodpecker on the feeder, deer enjoying apples or pheasants coming to check out the left overs, if its wildlife you like you don’t even need to leave the house. 20 min drive away is a jetty for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming. The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

The property also benefits from quick access to both the A47 & A10 providing ease of travel across Norfolk. The area has lots to explore including the Sandringham Estate, various beaches & castles.

Delightful secluded shepherds hut.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Hand built on the farm this hut is situated in a beautiful and peaceful spot. With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.

Situated in the beautiful and peaceful village of Shouldham, which dates back to 1066, is this idyllic little nest. The village boasts a friendly local pub which is only a five minute walk away and plenty of forest walks can be had in Shouldham Warren which is on the edge of the village. There are a variety of stately homes (including Sandringham) to visit, and Hunstanton, the historic gateway town to the North Norfolk Coast, is not too far away.
