It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our 1/4 acre garden.
