Cosy Apartment With 180° Mountain to Lake View :)

Cozy apartment is a modern, clean, and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linen, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Bookcase with lots of games, even for children. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott or in the village of Hirschegg, 15 km away.

From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
