Fully furnished apartment (approx. 65 sqm) in a quiet location near the Isarauen. Completely renovated 3-room apartment with new bathroom ( incl. Washing machine )as well as an absolutely new kitchen incl. Basic equipment for cooking. There is also a cot ( 1-3 years ) and a highchair. For all Hubert & Staller fans. On September 19, 2018, our house (ground floor and garden) was the backdrop for filming. Since we live in times of coronavirus, our apartment will be disinfected after each holiday guest.

Our attic studio is a lovingly renovated, modern furnished, fully furnished apartment on the attic. You reach our apartment via the stairwell and have your own entrance on the second floor. You will love our studio for its central but very quiet location, modern decor and cleanliness. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers and families.

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area. Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.
