If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also equipped for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 ha. Completed in January 2025, this 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet yet central location offers the ideal starting point for your stay. A terrace and wifi make the comfort perfect. You can park right outside the door. Shopping is just 1 minute away on foot. The Lewitz bike path on the Stör Canal to Schwerin is right outside the front door. Opposite, it goes directly into the beautiful nature of the Lewitz. Linens and towels are furnished.

Spacious tiny house

Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and 15000m² garden and courtyard complex. Both flats have separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but not accessible by public transportation. There is no wifi! However, a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum 2 people!No pets allowed

My place is idyllic but still centrally located next to a water mill at the palace garden. The castle, Lake Schwerin and the city are within walking distance.
