Cozy and modern furnished vacation home in Wandlitz in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, directly on the Oder-Havel Canal, between Berlin and Lake Werbellin. Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and excursions to Berlin and the surrounding area. Great complete amenities, plus a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With an open location and natural views of the field and harbor water, it is a special property in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

50 meters from the lake with a great courtyard

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

The apartment Sommerwind is modern and cozy. It's on the first floor. A large garden with several seating groups and barbecue areas is available for relaxation. There are also seating options on the water. For every apartment, a Canadian at our guests' disposal for free. We are happy to advise you about tours. Restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance in just 5 minutes, a bakery is even only 50m away.

Vacation home at Warener Hafen "Casita Priscila"

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Waren city harbor. This is even more beautiful than in the photos! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
