Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

My place is conveniently located location, close to the Danube bike trail and the city center, (both approx. 10 minutes), in a quiet residential area. The apartment is perfect for 1 -2 people. A sofa bed can be requested. The apartment, newly renovated, impresses with cozy, appealing furniture. On the terrace you can spend time in fine weather and let your gaze wander over the garden, across the Brenz to the Danube. The quiet location invites you to relax. From here, excursions such as to Legoland can be started. The nearby playground offers the possibility for children to let off steam.

In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the whirlpool and the sauna with an outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house.
