Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Located on the old city wall in Königshofen and on the Tauber, you can reach an ALDI, bakery, butcher and restaurants in a few minutes. Deine Auszeit im schönen Bad Mergentheim beginnt mit einem Blick von der großen Dachterrasse auf die ganze Stadt. Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Fußläufig erreichst du den Kurpark in ca. 5-8 min, die Innenstadt in ca. 15 min. Die Therme Solymar ist ebenfalls perfekt zu fuß zu erreichen, du benötigst ca. 10min.

Preserving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting it from today's perspective was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.
