Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Surrounded by nature, away from the big tourist areas and yet only 10 km from the Baltic Sea and 15 km from the Hanseatic city of Wismar. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

(About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Central apartment in the historic old town. The market square, harbor, St. Nicholas Church and the train station are within walking distance. Access to local and long-distance public transport to all destinations is excellent. Public parking is available next to the train station (300 meters from the apartment). Cost: from €1.00 for 24 hours, depending on the season. Early birds park until 9:00 am and pay €1.00 for the day ticket.
