This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking ( if reserved) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

Hawarden House is Prestatyn based. The entire Ground floor of a very large house. 3 bedrooms all ensuite,Lounge,kitchen,dining room,seperate bathroom. Guests will have all the ground floor to themselves, including the front entrance, all gardens. Upstairs will be empty, locked door at top of stairs, staircase has child gate at bottom. I Rent out the ground floor inbetween bookings for the whole house, as I can't always fill a 9 bedroom house. The location is conveniently situated in Prestatyn.

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Lovely 3 bed 8 berth caravan on Lyons Lido Beach site in sunny Prestatyn. Sun trap spot with wraparound decking and parking space for several cars. Fully equipped with everything you could need from coffee machine in kitchen to hairdryer in bedroom. 1 bedroom is a double, 2 twin rooms and double sofa bed in lounge. We are a 5 minute walk from the beach, the site has direct access. Also just a short walk to the train station and Prestatyn high street.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
