The "Alte Dorfschule" is a holiday home from 1882, in the middle of the Oberbergisches Land. It has its special charm from its history as a village school and later pottery – today it is a place that brings generations together. You can expect plenty of space, a 3.60 m wide family bed, a spacious garden, an outdoor sauna for up to 6 people and an 8 × 4 m pool. Quietly located, private and ideal for families, friends and shared breaks in the countryside.

My accommodation is located in Mettmann, 5 min. from the center, near the Neandertal, Düsseldorf Airport (25 min) For trade fair guests, couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. A 3 approx. 8 min., A 46 approx. 12 min. S 28 -> Düsseldorf 3 min. Walking distance - During the fair hours, the booking is desired for the entire duration of the trade fair time. Different prices apply during the fair. The prices are different during the fairtime.

Villa Cologne is the slightly different accommodation in Cologne. In the standard configuration, we offer 6 bedrooms and a large living/dining area. For long-term guests, we offer additional space at Villa Cologne as needed. Important: Our target group is trade fair guests, companies, workshops, events, film productions and the like. Villa Cologne is located in a quiet residential area. We do not accommodate bachelor parties and party groups.

Our house is on the edge of the village, surrounded by old trees with a large garden. It is only 45 minutes away from Cologne. It offers enchanting, stylishly furnished rooms, wonderful niches and retreats. You can linger and relax in the garden and in the forest. We are surrounded by wonderful nature and enchanting villages. Our house is also ideal for day workshops and offsite meetings. Projector, screen and flipchart are available.
