It has a very spacious open plan living area with a new kitchen and separate double bedroom with a new modern ensuite shower-room. There are 2 large sofas a large tv comfortable bed and fluffy towels. There is so much to do in the local area, I can go through it all with you . A perfect place to relax and unwind. In a beautiful part of Hampshire for walking, cycling or a few days exploring local towns/villages. An ideal working from home environment too with excellent wi-fi. Wonderful views over our garden and the Basingstoke Golf Course.

Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.
