Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment at Lake Ossiach. On your private terrace, you can unwind and listen to the soothing sounds of the forest and the cheerful chirping of birds. The apartment is situated at the foot of our local mountain, Gerlitzen, and is only a 10-minute walk from the lake. This accommodation serves as the perfect starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities, with mountain bikers particularly benefiting from the diverse trail offerings.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and can be reached by car all year round. For summer holidaymakers there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car and in winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chair lift of the Wörtherseabfahrt is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered slopes or in the forest are also welcome.

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. A bakery and shops are open Monday to Sunday in the summer season. We are located at the foot of Gerlitzenstraße, so the summit is easy to reach. A private garden area is available, perfect for quiet summer evenings or time in the garden with family. Free access to Lake Ossiach is within walking distance.

Our apartment is located between mountain and lake, in the heart of Carinthia. The apartment itself (about 100 sqm) is equipped in a style towards "country house" and scores with coolness in summer and with warmth in winter. Most of it is the living, kitchen area, where there is plenty of space for cozy togetherness. The smaller part is divided into three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
