A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

The room has a very relaxing open atmosphere offering great amenities for you to enjoy. It is about 540 square feet (50 square meters) and has a garden for the kids to play in. 't Huys is on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms, sitting and dining area and bathroom. The attractive decor and spacious rooms bring cosiness and maximum relaxation. In the 18th century the tower was reconstructed as a ‘folly’, characteristic of the period. We are proud to say that our family has supported this heritage for more than 215 years. In 2009 we reconstructed it using refined decoration and catering for all modern conveniences. Last but not least: free private parking in our big garden

There is also an extra relaxation room with pool table and darts. There are wonderful hiking and biking routes. All necessities are available to stay comfortably, you can even do laundry.
