The two main bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Cowley College and Chestnut Street.

Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.
