Recent gerenoveerde en nieuw ingerichte studio op de eerste etage van een monumentaal gebouw. De studio is uitgerust met een kingsize bed, Smart TV, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, kleine eethoek en badkamer met douche en toilet. Onze gasten komen voor een korte vakantie in Kyllburg en omgeving om te wandelen, fietsen en motortours te maken of voor langere tijd vanwege werkverplichting. In combinatie met andere appartementen groepen tot 16 pers mogelijk. Bedlinnen en handdoeken worden verzorgd.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. Quiet apartment in the idyllic Eifel

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.
