This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated and where the oldest cottages are located along the path. Without hordes of tourists. (They're in Giethoorn Zuid) Here, there is still wonderful peace and the beauty of the old village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

Close to the beautiful nature reserve "De Weerribben" is our beautiful 1-4 person cozy farmhouse. Perfect base for hiking, biking and canoeing. Hiking trails are available from this farm, and you can dive into the woods. Giethoorn 12 km, Overijssel 10 meters and Drenthe 13 km. In short, the location is ideal for exploring the Netherlands! If you come for peace, you are in the right place! The house is full of comforts, and you have a large fenced garden at your disposal.

This cozy, comfortable and stylish family villa is located in the historic heart of the private family estate: "Heerlijkheid de Eese." This architecturally designed, sustainable house is made entirely of wood. Wonderful bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom and a garden door to the porch of the giant garden. A fantastic open kitchen and cozy living room. An oasis of peace amidst overwhelming nature. Heerlijkheid de Eese is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Op een prachtige plek in het buitengebied van het Friese Noordwolde, waar de vogels talrijk zijn, ligt dit heerlijk knusse huisje. Compleet ingericht, met een sfeervolle pelletkachel en een houtkachel is dit echt een plek om tot rust te komen! Het huisje heeft een eigen omheinde tuin, met een houtgestookte Finse sauna en grenst aan een bos, waar je een fijne wandeling kunt maken. Ook loop je vanaf het huisje in zo'n 20 minuten naar een leuke zwemplas.

In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

You are warmly welcome in the lodging of the country house 'Oosterhoek' anno 1872. This is right in the middle of the countryside just past the village Tuk. Bordering the forest area 'de Woldberg' and estate 'de Eese'. Within cycling distance you will find the city of Steenwijk, National Park 'de Weerribben' and picturesque Giethoorn. And with ease you are in winter within 20 minutes by car in ice stadium Thialf Heerenveen.

From our cozy, wooden cottage, you can look out over the meadow with a tree wall. In the evening, you can enjoy the orange sunset and beautifully colored skies from the veranda. If it is still a little too cold or if it is already getting a little cooler, then light the wood stove.
