Newly renovated apartment in the heart of the desirable Highland Hills Neighborhood. A quick 15 minute drive down Murray Blvd to Nike. Easy access to highway 217 & 26. Our apartment has one king sized bed and one twin size daybed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. CableTV, Wifi, a small kitchenette, bath and 2-zone climate control. Please note kitchenette has a small 2 burner induction cooktop and is more suited to warming up leftovers than preparing a full dinner.

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!
